2. Ordering and Payment

  • By clicking the “Confirm Purchase and Pay” button at checkout, you agree to place an order with a payment obligation. This means you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the selected items.
  • Orders are only processed and shipped once the payment has been received in full.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products made to customer specifications.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products if the seal is broken.

To exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible products:

6. Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days after payment has been received.

All orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email from [email protected]. Tracking is provided after dispatch, not at the time of order placement.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are estimates only. Crystal Aura is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Crystal Aura is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking link.

If a parcel is delivered to a pickup point, the customer is responsible for collecting it within the timeframe specified by the carrier. Parcels that are not collected and are returned to us may be subject to additional shipping costs for resending.

For international orders (outside the EU), the customer is responsible for any customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country.
